Shipping Policy
- We want to deliver our products to You as quickly as humanly possible, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
- Shipping is chargeable for orders below 449 at Rs. 40 unless we are running special offer.
- Cash On Delivery Charges Rs. 40 extra
- Our Primary shipment services are Xpresbees, Delhivery, and Speedpost.

- The availability of Cash on the Delivery option depends on the ability of our shipment partners servicing at your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
- Cash On Delivery service shall be charged at Rs. 40 extra.
- All orders placed with Cash on Delivery Request shall require OTP confirmation through registered mobile number. If the number associated has previously refused to accept products shipped using Cash On Delivery as a mode of payment, we shall cancel the order.
- Please note that the Charges mentioned against the products do not include the Shipping Charges and Cash On Delivery Charges and is only the actual price of the product. The applicable shipping charges and Cash on Delivery charges are visible only when You check out the products included in the Cart.
In case you wish to return the product and claim refund due to any issue that we can’t rectify, we won’t be able to do the same. You shall be given store credits of the same amount.
- We will dispatch the order in 1-3 days, depending upon availability.
- Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-5 business days in the metro cities, and 5-10 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, pandemic etc.)
- You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account on the website.
- If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product due to any issue, we will inform you via email and call.
- We do international shipping, but only for prepaid orders.
- We will dispatch the orders in 1-3 days.
- International orders are delivered in 12-15 business days. Depending on the address.
If You like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please contact our Customer Care Executives or send us an email at hi@anidiots.com. Be sure to include a list of the products you like to purchase, along with the recipient address, phone number, and email address. One of our Customer Care Executives will call / email you and explain the costs and timelines involved in international shipping and delivery.
Notwithstanding anything mentioned in the aforementioned provisions, we do not guarantee that delivery will happen within any specific timelines as it is completely dependent on the shipment services. Sometimes, the delivery may take longer duration due to:
- Bad weather conditions;
- Transportation delays;
- Political disruptions; or
- Other unforeseen circumstances
- Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days shown on our website.
- We will deliver the Products to the address given in your Order. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, we will inform you of an alternative time for the delivery or a location where you can collect the Products.
- Unless arrangements are made with us, you must cover the cost of the return. We reserve the right to not allow for returns or exchanges to our products.
- Please note that exceptions may apply for the return of certain custom-made, hygienic and other products
- You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.
- If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
- If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
